Once again Google dazzles us with even better amazing features in their already brilliant Google Analytics. Just yesterday Google announced “Analytics Intelligence” which is a very smart AI assistant within Google Analytics which will monitor any anomalies in your results and send you an alert directly to your email if you with. This is sure to help out the SEO experts that want to know minute-by-minute what is happening with their SEO client accounts.

You can find this new feature in the left sidebar of your account and it is pretty straight forward to use. You can take a look at the alert templates that will offer you the basics.

Now if you have multiple Google Accounts like most SEO specialists do then the coolest feature is the “Apply to other profile” drop-down that will allow you to easily add the same intelligence alerts to all your Analytics profiles.

Some Analytics intelligent alerts you may want to try out

• Visitor increase by more than 50%
• Visitor increase by more than 75%
• Visitor increase by more than 100%
• Visitor decrease by more than 50%
• Visitor decrease by more than 75%
• Visitor decrease by more than 100%
• Bounce rate increase by more than 50% from previous day
• Average time on site decreases by more than 50.0%
• Goal conversion rate decreases by more than 50.0%

Analytics Intelligence will help keep you in the loop, we try our hardest to recognise any drastic changes that we see but this little addition should help us make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Please note: Some Google accounts are still not showing the Analytics intelligence so please be patient, I am sure it will roll-out to all accounts soon enough.
